NIGHT PLEASURES was definitely not my cup of tea. I felt like this was one of those cheesy romantic comedies I enjoy on television so much, except for the fact that it was so cheesy that it read like it was wrote for little kids. There is a possibly that I may have possibly loved this book if it was one of those first paranormal romance books I had read, but it was not and I have read much better.

I felt like NIGHT PLEASURES was bad because of the writing or possibly the character development. I mean it was so hard to get through the first chapter and when it is that hard to just get through the first chapter you know there's going to be a problem. Their is humor in the book but it is not funny. Not once did I laugh, well maybe at the chessy-ness of the book, but that's it.

It was complete torture to try and get through NIGHT PLEASURES. I know many others like this series and it is quite popular, hoepfully the other books are better, but it didn't swing that way for me unfortuately. And seeing as I didn't like NIGHT PLEASURES and plus the Dark Hunter Series is incredibly long I don't see myself continuing with the series.
